我发现只要有一点点上火的时候我的感觉就会复发，从两年前开始因为每次吃了火锅太辣了当时晚上回家大便的时候就有些刺痛。因为那时候我没有管，第二天只是买了痔疮膏用了用从此以后就落下病根。现在只要上火了就会出现。一直也没有下课次这么严重，大便还出血拉血。而且在大便的时候特别的疼痛。我是因为湿热引起的肛裂我该怎么治疗？
步骤/方法：
1、 因为湿热而引起的肛裂，和平时治疗的一样都是通过手术来治疗的。但是无论怎样换的都不一定要去正规的专科医院接受规范的手术治疗。特别是长久不治疗的患者在治疗的时候是会有一些疼痛的感觉。
